RITTA, a premier boutique marketing and advertising agency in Paramus, New Jersey, is seeking a smart, personable, and organized Account Executive with agency experience to support key client accounts, including major electronics and home appliance brands. This role requires a strategic, detail-oriented thinker who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary client contact and manage day-to-day account activities.
- Ensure all deliverables meet project scope, timelines, budgets, and objectives.
- Collaborate with creative, strategy, and production teams to deliver campaigns that achieve client goals.
- Support marketing initiatives across multiple channels, including digital, social media, website content, and offline campaigns.
- Stay current on client industries and products, particularly electronics and home appliances.
- Build strong client relationships through clear communication, proactive problem-solving, and a focus on satisfaction.
- Manage projects using MS Office and other workflow tools.
- Quickly step into ongoing accounts and provide seamless support during a team member’s leave.
Qualifications
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Previous agency experience required; experience in electronics or home appliance marketing preferred.
- Friendly, team-oriented, and professional demeanor with a get-it-done attitude.

Compensation
$56,000 for the contract term (equivalent to $7,000 per month, depending on experience).

RITTA is hiring a Senior Art Director to lead conceptual and visual direction across integrated campaigns for consumer electronics and home appliance brands.
Responsibilities
- Lead the creative vision and execution of integrated campaigns from concept through final delivery.
- Partner with copywriters, strategists, and producers to develop bold, high-quality work.
- Mentor designers and junior art directors on the team.
- Present and defend creative work to senior client stakeholders.
Qualifications
- 7+ years agency experience, with at least 3 years at the AD level.
- Portfolio demonstrating range across digital, print, and broadcast.
- Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Compensation
Commensurate with experience.
Location: Paramus, New Jersey
Contract: Full-time
RITTA is looking for a Producer with strong photo and video production experience to lead studio and on-location productions across our key accounts.
Responsibilities
- Bid, plan, and execute photo and video productions end-to-end.
- Manage talent, crew, locations, and vendors across multiple simultaneous shoots.
- Maintain budgets and timelines with a strong eye on production quality.
